Spencer B. Fosbury focuses on the process improvements a customer can realize through the implementation of a business system and ensures that a project never loses sight of its real goals. He has consistently helped customers align their IT strategy with their business goals and demonstrated the highest caliber of business and technical skills.

Spencer holds a number of certifications from IBM, Sun and Microsoft covering both design and development skill sets; he is an IBM Certified e-Business Solution Designer and DB2-UDB DBA, a Sun Certified Java Programmer, and a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer. He is an active learner continuously improving his business and technical knowledge to better serve the needs of his customers. Spencer has demonstrated a high-level of expertise in both writing commercial software for the management of Fixed Assets and Leases, and in consulting with large corporations in the Greater Toronto Area.

Andrew J. Bagby has repeatedly demonstrated the highest caliber of business and technical skills and is capable of delivering a solution by gathering the business requirements, providing the architecture and design, and managing the implementation straight through to production deployment.

Andrew has worked extensively with both Java and Microsoft web technologies and is both a Sun Certified Java Programmer and Microsoft Certified Solution Developer. Andrew has helped dozens of companies in the Greater Toronto Area, such as AT&T Canada (now MTS Allstream), GlaxoSmithKline, Levi Strauss & Co., and the Ontario Ministry of Education design and implement custom solutions to improve their business processes. These projects were focused on delivering both operational efficiency gains and cost reductions and have ranged from single-user applications to large-scale client-server and enterprise-class intranet-based systems.
