James Milne, the founder of Meditative Analysis, has been working in the Information Technology sector since 1986. He has acted as the principal developer for application as diverse as Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management Systems for numerous law enforcement agencies, Contact Resource Management systems for sales forces and accounting firms, provisioning systems for an internet service provider, corporate and personal income tax data gathering tools, and a billing and reporting system for an investment and fund management company.
